Tin Communications Launches Collaborative Advisory Model for Creative Agencies Supporting SMEs in Singapore

5 January 2026 – Tin Communications, a Singapore–based marketing strategy advisory agency has introduced a new collaborative advisory model designed to help marketing and creative agencies strengthen the way small and medium enterprises (SMEs) approach marketing strategy, measurement, and decision-making.

The initiative reflects a broader shift in the SME landscape, where businesses are no longer short on marketing activity but increasingly challenged by a lack of structure and clarity. Through this model, Tin Communications works alongside agencies that already support SMEs in execution, offering an additional layer of marketing leadership through strategy frameworks, KPI dashboards, and practical marketing playbooks.

Rather than replacing existing agency services, the model is intended to complement them. Partner agencies continue to lead creative development, channel execution, and day-to-day delivery, while Tin Communications provides strategic alignment ensuring that marketing efforts are tied to clear business objectives, measurable outcomes, and a consistent direction.

“What we see repeatedly is that SMEs aren’t short on effort or ideas but they’re short on structure,” said Kartina Rosli, CEO of Tin Communications. “Marketing becomes fragmented very quickly when there isn’t a clear strategy, a shared playbook, and measurable KPIs. This collaborative model is about bringing clarity and leadership into the process, without taking away the strengths agencies already bring to their clients.”

According to Tin Communications, many SMEs invest in marketing without a clear understanding of what is working, what is not, and why. Campaigns are often launched without defined success metrics, leading to reactive decisions and inconsistent outcomes. By embedding KPI-led planning and structured playbooks into agency workflows, the firm aims to help SMEs make better-informed marketing decisions without hiring full-time senior marketing roles.

The collaborative approach also recognises the strength of Singapore’s agency ecosystem. Agencies bring sector expertise, local market insight, and trusted client relationships. Tin Communications contributes its advisory methodology, developed through years of working with founder-led businesses and established organisations navigating growth, change, and increasing market competition.

This move underscores Tin Communications’ continued focus on marketing advisory positioning strategy, measurement, and clarity as essential foundations for SME growth in Singapore’s increasingly complex business environment.
